Tailored by Propeller Terms and Conditions

This Terms and Conditions document (the “Policy”) governs all purchases, transactions, and services provided by Tailored by Propeller, LLC, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and third-party partners (collectively, "Tailored," "we," "us," or "our"). By making a purchase or participating in any event, service, or offering from Tailored, you ("Customer," "Purchaser," "Licensee," "you," or "your") agree to the terms outlined in this Policy. Please review this Policy carefully before making a purchase or attending an event.

1. All Sales Are Final

Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing or advertised at the time of purchase:

All sales, purchases, installments, deposits, and partial purchases under a payment plan are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
No refunds, exchanges, or resale of tickets, goods, or services are permitted.
Tickets or other deliverables cannot be redeemed for cash.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you will not seek to circumvent refund prohibitions, including by disputing charges via a credit card chargeback. Doing so may result in the cancellation of your purchase without refund.

2. Transaction Information and Revocable License

Payment and Delivery Terms

Tailored will not process or deliver your purchase until full and timely payment of all applicable fees is received.
Tickets or other items included in your purchase will be delivered as per the policies outlined during your transaction or by a third-party ticketing platform (the “Ticketing Website”).
Tailored is not responsible for lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets.

Revocable License

Your purchase constitutes a revocable license. Tailored by Propeller reserves the right, without refund or compensation, to refuse admission, withdraw services, or eject individuals who fail to comply with this Policy, local laws, event rules, or display inappropriate behavior (“Removal Behavior”), including but not limited to:

Disorderly, threatening, vulgar, or illegal conduct.
Failure to comply with venue or event protocols.

Venue and seating assignments may be adjusted without compensation at the sole discretion of Tailored or the venue.

3. Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellation Policy

General Policy

All sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
Refunds or exchanges are not provided for missed events, illness, emergencies, travel documentation issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Events are considered "rain or shine," and refunds will not be issued due to weather or similar conditions.

Canceled, Postponed, or Rescheduled Events

Tailored by Propeller reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule events or services at its discretion or due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, or other "Force Majeure" events.
If an event is rescheduled, tickets will typically be valid for the new date, and refunds will not be provided.
For canceled events, refunds for tickets may be issued at Tailored by Propeller’s sole discretion or as required by law. Refunds, if issued, will be limited to the face value of the ticket or the portion of the purchase rendered unusable. Incidental expenses (e.g., travel, lodging) will not be reimbursed.

4. Payment Plans

Tailored may offer payment plans for eligible purchases. By enrolling in a payment plan, you agree to the following terms:

Payment schedules and amounts are fixed at the time of purchase.
No additional fees, interest, or penalties apply for paying the balance early.
If a payment is missed, you will have 10 days to update your payment method. Failure to pay may result in forfeiture of your purchase and all prior payments.
By enrolling, you authorize Tailored to charge your card on file for scheduled payments.

5. Force Majeure

Tailored by Propeller is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, government actions, labor disputes, terrorism, or acts of God.

In such cases, Tailored by Propeller reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel services, events, or purchases without liability for refunds, exchanges, or other compensation.

6. Intellectual Property and Restrictions

All content, materials, logos, and trademarks provided by Tailored are the exclusive property of Tailored by Propeller. Customers are prohibited from:

Using Tailored by Propeller’s branding or materials for advertising or commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Recording, broadcasting, or streaming events for commercial use without permission.

Tailored by Propeller may use your image, name, or likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by applicable law.

7. Privacy and Data Usage

By making a purchase, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with Tailored by Propeller’s Privacy Policy. We may share your information with affiliates and third parties for:

Payment processing, fraud prevention, marketing, and customer support.

8. Assumption of Risk

By purchasing or attending an event, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to:

Physical injury, illness, or property damage.
Loud music, strobe lights, and special effects that may aggravate medical conditions.

Tailored by Propeller is not liable for any personal injury or damage caused by third parties, attendees, or circumstances beyond its control.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Policy is governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, USA. All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA).

Arbitration Agreement: You agree to resolve disputes exclusively through arbitration and waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
Claims may be brought in small claims court if applicable.

10. Miscellaneous

This Policy represents the entire agreement between you and Tailored by Propeller.
Tailored reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Updated terms will be effective upon posting.
If any provision of this Policy is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
